Hilde Mertens, Founder & CEO, MA
With extensive experience in Investment & Private Banking and Management Consulting across Asia and Europe (e.g. Deloitte, PwC, HSBC, and Citi), Hilde is an alumnus of Oxford Said Business School. In addition to leadership and team-building skills, she has deep expertise in project and process management, strategy, mediation, negotiation, and conflict management (HKU Certificate in Mediation). Hilde is passionate about the latest developments in neurosciences, innovation, change. Fluent in five languages, including Mandarin Chinese, she holds a Master in Chinese Studies & Economics and was a Trainee at the European Union. Hilde serves on the Board of Lingnan University (HK) and is a professional Contemporary Chinese Calligraphy artist.
Jared Lee Hanson, MA, DBA,

Jared brings 20+ years of hands-on and technical expertise in international policy, finance and business theory (Oxford Said Business School, Grenoble Ecole de Management). He is an experienced educator with a proven track record in combining hard data analytics with soft skills on leadership development and complex systems theory. Jared has worked in Saudi Arabia and the US.
