Our Forum is a space for dialogue about "things that matter". And an opportunity for bright minds to engage in collaborative and creative thinking ... beyond the obvious! We want to hear back from you!
And! We highlight Asia's growing role in defining leadership best practices and innovation strategies based on its deep cultural roots of interconnectedness and relational values and dimensions.

OUR FIRST FORUM
LANGUAGE MATTERS!
The Stories We Share: “Don’t Think of an Elephant” and “Have You Had Your Lunch?'
The words we choose shape our reality, influence or impact, and determine who is heard. In business and leadership, framing is crucial—yet true meaning operates beneath our conscious awareness. What are the prevailing narratives in today’s corporate world, and who controls them? How do cultural perspectives shape our communication styles?
Why Attend?
-
Explore how language and framing shape leadership, decision-making, and inclusivity
-
Gain insights into how framing affects corporate and cross-cultural dynamics and communication
-
Participate in an engaging dialogue to redefine narratives for greater impact and amplify diverse voices
Join Us and be part of a transformative discussion on how the narratives we use shape our workplaces, leadership opportunities, and social impact. Together, let’s reframe the conversation and change the game.
Speaker: Hilde Mertens CEO, Mind Box – High Performance Leadership & Innovation Consultant

OUR SECOND FORUM CREATIVE THINKING MATTERS!
Creative Thinking Matters …. Today, More Than Ever!
Last Thursday’s Forum on “Creative Thinking Matters”, has deepened our commitment to run the Mind Box Forum! A great audience, confirming a need for a platform where senior execs can stand still, learn and engage in meaningful discussions! It's their Forum and space!
Last Thursday's goal?
-
Unpack that creative thinking is a dynamic set of attitudes and skills – not just 1 “thing” or trait. Share a definition, understand how our brains create, and prick through some myths and wrong beliefs - no right/left brain “thing” and more
-
Through examples of high achievers, demonstrate how creativity fits in the stack of High Performance
-
And from there, listen, question and dialogue: what about us, are we creatives? Is there a need for a ROI on creative thinking in business? Can we redesign our work styles and foster creativity as it becomes increasingly a core leadership skill/attitude?
And why answering these questions matters now?
In a world shaped by rapid tech advances, AI developments and VUCA, and the rising influence of Asia, leaders who harness creativity will be better equipped to innovate, adapt and thrive.
Another great experience and success! Tick! And a few glasses of wine later, the question where are we going next?
We’ve only scratched the surface of how creative thinking now sits at the top of desired leadership qualities and fits into the High Performance Model. There’s much more to explore. And we’re exploring new ways to “pre-design” the next Forum. Stay tuned to see what that means!
A big thank you to Tinnie Choi for hosting us.
