The feedback from last Thursday’s 2nd Forum on “Creative Thinking Matters”, has only strengthened our commitment to provide a platform and space where senior execs can pause, share and engage in meaningful discussions!  

 

Our goal .. start sharing how we should approach creative thinking from how our brains create and secondly, show where these skills and attitudes fit in the High Performance model.

Share, listen and dialogue.

From assessing your own creativity to considering the need for a return on investment in creative thinking. What benefits come from redesigning individual roles with a creative focus? Can businesses step in where education may currently fall short in fostering creativity especially as it becomes increasingly vital in the business landscape?

 

And the context …. Tech developments and the rising impact of Asia.

And a few glasses of wine later .. Where are we going next? It sounds like we only lifted a little of the veil on how creative thinking now sits at the top of leadership skills. There is still much to explore, and we might take things one step further and “pre-design” the Forum. Bear with us to find out what that means!
